Kemia Demeritte - Director / Managing Consultant 

Ms. Demeritte holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications & Public Relations from the University of Cincinnati, and a Spanish Certificate from Maximo Nivel Language School in San Jose, Costa Rica.  She is also completing her Bachelors and Masters degree in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University specializing in aviation and aerospace operations and management. 

Ms. Demeritte manages and creates corporate portfolios for existing clients including their sales and marketing plans.  She manages the day-to-day administrative functions of the firm. She maintains all informal and formal communication with clients, government agencies, and other professional organizations and represents the organization to the public and at business seminars.   

Emily Demeritte - HR Consultant

Mrs. Demeritte was firstly trained as a high school teacher of English Language, Literature and History. She received her training at the University of the West Indies in Jamaica obtaining both the Bachelor’s degree (Honors) and the Diploma in Education. She taught full-time at a high school for four years before pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Nova University in Fort Lauderdale Florida. She spent 26 years as Human Resources professional at a major commercial bank attaining to the position of Senior Manager. She has also held a similar position with a local insurance company. 

Kendal Demeritte - Consultant

Mr. Demeritte is an entrepreneur with thirty years experience in various businesses including bar and restaurants, construction projects and immigration matters. He is also responsible for securing contracts and the day-to-day management of all projects.
